Our story

Due to our roots in the border area of four countries, we have been familiar with the peculiarities of the neighboring markets for many years. From our own experience, we know how complex and time-consuming shipping to foreign countries can be – especially across EU borders.

Finding a simple, fast and automated solution for this was our motivation – and the beginning of exporto.

We now help over 160 e-commerce companies automate their customs and tax processes and make their entire supply chain more efficient.

Our exporto magazine now offers up-to-date information, expert knowledge and useful tips for international shipping in a fresh, new design.

E-Commerce Berlin Award

At the E-Commerce Germany Expo in Berlin, we were awarded second place in the category 'Best Logistics and Shipments Solution'.

Over 3.000.000 parcels handled

Another record reflects the satisfaction of our customers: In 2024, we handled over 3.000.000 parcels for the first time.

Go-live of our solution for the Nordics

Our customers are now able to use our solution for the Nordic countries and ship their products smoothly and efficiently to Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

Expanding our Line Haul

By extending our partnerships and setting up five new hubs at strategically optimal locations, we were able to expand our line haul significantly. These developments enable us to reduce our lead times and offer an even better service to our customers.

Innovation award from the federal state of Baden-Württemberg

exporto's technology and unique software represents an innovation for international e-commerce and was awarded for this by the federal state of Baden-Württemberg.

CSAT of 100 % achieved

Our customer satisfaction score (CSAT) is at 100%. With an average response time of just 14 minutes, we are setting new standards in customer service.

Over 2.000.000 parcels handled

In 2023, we handled over 2.000.000 parcels for the first time. A great success that demonstrates our continuous growth and first-class service.

Starting the new year with 120 employees

exporto grows at a rapid pace: we are now entering 2023 with 120 employees, spread across 6 locations in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

kununu Top Company Award

For the second year in a row, we received the Top Company Award from kununu, which makes us one of the best employers in Germany.

Launch of our Swiss returns centre

Since our own returns center in Tägerwilen is always up to the highest technical standards, we have been offering the leanest returns solution on the market for several years.

1.000.000 parcel mark surpassed

In 2022, we processed over 1.000.000 parcels for the first time. Due to increasing new customer business, our processes are designed for twice the parcel volume this year.

Go-live of our solution for the UK

Opening our returns centre in Northhampton, UK, was the final missing link to offer our end-to-end solution for the UK market.

New DELIVER Awards record

exporto received two awards at the DELIVER fair in Amsterdam – a unique event since the fair began 10 years ago.
