We automatically generate the shipping labels for the desired carrier in the target market via the connection to your WMS system. Both inbound and outbound labels can be easily and efficiently integrated into your processes.

With exporto, you can manage returns efficiently and with maximum transparency: your customers register returns in the shop-branded returns portal and hand them in to their preferred local carrier—just as easily as with national shipments. The exporto customer portal allows you to maintain an overview at all times, manage SLAs in line with the market—and receive your goods back in your domestic warehouse within a few working days.

exporto currently covers Switzerland (and Liechtenstein), Austria, the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and, from June 2025, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Can we also use exporto's services for marketplaces?
Yes, the most common marketplaces are already connected to exporto and we reliably fulfil all SLA requirements on a daily basis. Are you interested in a specific marketplace? We will be happy to check all requirements and set up a customised connection. Simply contact us and let us know which marketplace you would like to use.
Is there already an interface to our ERP/WMS system?
exporto offers integration into all common systems, including Billbee, exitb, Globalsys, Logsta, Magento, Pixi, PlentyONE, Prowito, Shopify, Shopware5, Shopware6, WeClapp, woocommerce and xentral. We can also connect almost any other ERP, WMS or shop system via our open API.
If we do not yet support your system, we will be happy to check a customised interface or offer an alternative solution, e.g. automated file exchange via SFTP.
Do we have to submit our product data to exporto manually or is there an API?
Manual exports are not necessary—we work exclusively via system integrations. Product and order data flows automatically and in real time into our system via the exporto API. We also offer flexible import solutions for complex set-ups so that your workflows can remain unchanged.
Which customs and tax regulations are relevant when exporting our goods?
When goods are exported to a country outside the EU, they are placed under the export procedure. The export procedure is a customs procedure within the meaning of the Union Customs Code (UCC). The most important regulations for the export procedure can be found there and in the implementing regulation (IA) and the delegated act (DA).
These EU regulations are supplemented by the national provisions of foreign trade law. The export procedure serves to monitor the movement of goods with third countries.
What information do we have to provide to exporto after receiving an order?
We already receive all the data relevant for the next steps via the API, e.g. item data, prices, customer addresses. All other mandatory data is generated and provided by the exporto AI.
